Cloneless (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how Cloneless handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Cloneless is designed with privacy-first principles.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Photos or videos from your device
• Contacts or contact details
• Files, documents, or media content
• Biometric data (Face ID / Touch ID)
• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Location data

All operations are performed locally on your device.

2. Photo & Video Access

Cloneless may request access to your photo library only to perform requested features, such as:

• Duplicate and similar photo detection
• Video compression
• Storage analysis
• Moving selected media to Secret Space

👉 Your photos and videos never leave your device. 👉 No media is uploaded to any server or cloud.

You can revoke photo access at any time via iOS Settings.

3. Contacts Access

If you choose to use the Contacts Cleanup & Merge feature:

• Contacts are analyzed entirely on-device
• No contact information is collected, stored, or transmitted
• We do not back up or sync contacts externally

Access is optional and only used for the selected feature.

4. Secret Space (Private Vault)

Cloneless offers a Secret Space to protect private photos and videos.

• Content stored in Secret Space is encrypted on your device
• Access is protected using Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode
• We do not have access to this content
• Biometric authentication is handled entirely by iOS

Cloneless never stores or processes biometric data.

5. Data Storage & Processing

• All data processing happens locally on your iPhone
• No user data is uploaded, synced, or shared
• We do not operate external servers for user content

6. Third-Party Services

Cloneless does not use:

• Third-party analytics SDKs
• Advertising networks
• Tracking tools
• Data brokers

The app is free from trackers.

7. Children’s Privacy

Cloneless does not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, compliance is inherently maintained.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple App Store.

Cloneless does not receive or store:

• Payment details
• Credit card information
• Billing identifiers

9. Your Control & Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Grant or revoke permissions anytime via iOS Settings
• Delete files manually from your device
• Remove Secret Space content permanently

Since no data is collected, there is nothing stored externally to request or delete.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app or on the public policy page.
